曾主讲本科生课程《食品毒理学》,《食品生物化学》、《食品酶工程》等。教学评估中曾获得校级“优秀一等”荣誉。

科研简介:

从事食品源植物多酚生物资源开发利用、纳米材料制备及其在阿尔兹海默症治疗、降脂减肥等领域的研究工作。已先后主持国家自然科学基金项目、江西省自然科学基金项目、和江西省教育厅科技项目等6余项,并作为主要成员参与国家基金、中央财政农业技术推广经费项目、江西省自然科学基金及江西省教育厅科学技术研究项目等7余项。在纳米材料、生物化学、食品营养等领域国际高水平SCI期刊Acta Biomaterialia、Nanoscale 、Journal of Materials Chemistry B、Journal of Functional Foods、European Journal of Nutrition、Food Function和Biomaterials等发表论文30余篇。申请发明专利7件,授权发明专利4件。
